A Direct Property Investment Strategy

 

The London Growth Capital Ltd. (LGC) Property Fund will be structured as a Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF) providing institutional investors the opportunity to participate in expertise driven opportunities. Recognising the shifting nature of capital markets, the strategy focuses on development-led value creation, backed by disciplined project selection and active project delivery oversight and governance.

 

The Fund invests primarily in new development, redevelopment and repositioning opportunities, including selective greenfield and brownfield sites and mixed-use projects, where design quality, delivery control and operational readiness can materially influence investment returns. Assets may also be acquired where they strengthen portfolio construction or support capital recycling.

 

The investment approach is focused and thematic to global trends and locations where LGC has deep sectoral and relationship expertise. A unique focus on health-span (lifestyle) oriented luxury tourism and high-quality community environments, provide access to a unique segment of real asset investments.

 

The Fund will access opportunities in both established markets and select high growth corridors. Many of these opportunities are hard to reach through conventional channels, such as parts of the Gulf Cooperation Council (primarily Saudi Arabia), other emerging markets and growth city opportunities. LGC provides access to these opportunities which will often be made alongside aligned regional partners with solid regional or domain track-records.
